This company is run by true honest professionals. I had an inducer motor on my furnace that needed to be repaired since it was making a grinding sound. I called my previous go-to company and they tried to convince me I needed a new $4000 furnace. I'm grateful I was able to find Local HVAC, they did the motor replacement for $417. They were on time, courteous, and will be my new go-to company. Thank you!!
Local HVAC installed a new furnace/AC system at my house 11 months ago. Michael seemed earnest and forthright, so I felt comfortable with him. He in fact did not install the new system himself, but rather had subcontractors perform the work. He explained why he couldn't do it himself and I was ok with that. In the Spring, I was a little surprised I hadn't heard from him as typically when a contractor installs your system, they're eager to follow up with a maintenance schedule each Spring and Fall. Repaired my heating unit just in time for the cold season
Found this company on a Sunday while trying to find someone fast because my a/c went out during a heat wave. Mike answered the phone and I was able to tell him what I was looking for and he had Ruslan out early the next day to install a new ac. Ruslan and another team member were excellent and kind, honest and respectful of property. Will be having them out in fall for new furnance. Price was good too! So glad I found this company!
