The Local House was outstanding! Just a half block from the beach, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The rooftop is gorgeous and very relaxing. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our flight was later in the day and they offered us a space to store our luggage and let us utilize the rooftop during the afternoon. The food is also delicious and on point for pricing with other restaurants on ocean drive. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to South Beach Miami. Very nice small hotel a block from the beach. Delicious brunch served daily.
Great location, steps from the beach! Place is clean and smells very good. Staff is friendly and very accommodating, I feel very welcomed upon arrival. Only complaint is that the room’s AC is barely working. Other than that, giving this place 9/10. Will surely come back again!
