Un hôtel charmant et à taille humaine idéalement situé dans la partie calme de South Beach pour un séjour en famille, un personnel très pro, attentionné et souriant, chambre en angle spacieuse et lumineuse avec vue partielle sur l'océan, la piscine sur le toit et son aménagement sont très agréables en soirée, accès à des transats privés sur la plage, un restaurant/brunch de qualité dans un lieu élégant et raffiné. Le + : parking à 50m ($45/j), sinon service de voiturier dispo. Une expérience à recommander !

Ein schönes Boutiquehotel am Ende des Ocean Drive. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Hotel, wenn man mitten im Geschehen sein möchte, aber trotzdem ruhig schlafen kann. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück oder Abendessen kann im hauseigenen Restaurant eingenommen werden, sehr lecker. Netter Service.

I stayed here with my mom and sister for 2 nights. This was my fifth time in Miami and I will only stay at the Local House from now on. The hotel staff made the experience perfect. The room was clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived, we couldn't check in yet and I had some bridal decorations I wanted to put up for my sister in our room. Great location. On Ocean Dr., but one block away from all the activity so it was nice to be so close, but the nights peaceful and quiet. Super friendly and attentive staff.
