My son's car was misfiring and the check engine light was flashing. Dropped the car off at the Local Heroes shop in Petaluma. They diagnosed the problem as a failed coil pack, which they were able to replace and have ready the same day. Upon picking up the car, I was told that they test drove the car and everything was running fine. We left the shop, and were less than a mile away, just getting onto the freeway, when the car lost power, a "VSA" warning light started flashing, and then the car died on the side of the free... read more

Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially Deb! I do have one issue and that’s with the manager (?) he was very pushy and was trying to hard sell me products I didn’t want when all I came in for was an oil change. He used to work at Midas and he was the reason why I stopped going there.

My car broke down Friday while I was out to finish up Christmas shopping. Bad timing! Once again, Fred and Shawn and the crew came through. I left the car with them at the end of the day Friday, they were closed for Christmas weekend, and I have my car back and running great today. Thank you for once again providing me excellent service, quickly and with integrity.
Great folks and good work. Deb at the desk was great and fun. I will continue to have my truck worked on there.
