Glenn Rohrabacher is an outstanding technician. I would recommend him to anyone in the Fredericksburg area with a heating or AC problem. Excellent communication and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed our problem (ac unit capacitor) and had a replacement with him on his truck. We talked shop for a good 20 minutes: ins and outs of different refrigerants and legislative actions affecting many. Control systems and how they work. Very strong on ethics and doing what is right for the customer!
