Have used Vinny over the years many times with any HVAC related issues. This summer our HVAC had an issue twice and both times Vinny arrived within a reasonable time after informing him. He was able to fix the issue swiftly and also let us know what to do to avoid any further problems. Highly recommend him and his services. Water was leaking in the utility room because of the floor drain connected to the HVAC unit. Ken was able to fix the issue free of cost. Really appreciate these guys
I had another company replace both my AC systems with “top of the line” Carrier units. The house wouldn’t get cool, +85 upstairs all day. It was so bad we had to install window units in two bedrooms so we could sleep at night. The installing company came out multiple times and couldn’t find the problem. Vinny to the rescue….again! Five years ago Vinny came and put in a new unit for us - and he did this more quickly and affordably than any other providers we contacted. Then today we returned home to find our thermostat reading that there was no power to a component and the AC was off and would not turn on. He answered our text message (his preferred method of communication) within 5 minutes and then came out on a Sunday and World Cup Final day to fix it as soon as he was finished with another customer.
