I recently had a roof added to my 18' x 32' deck by Local Happiness Con. Ken was quick to collect the first installment (50% of total cost) but not so quick to get started( 3 weeks later). While constructing the roof structure the crew managed to damage my expensive composite deck flooring in better than a dozen spots. Once again, Ken who I only saw when it was time to get a check, showed up to get the last check. Appointed out the issues that needed to be corrected and was assured they would be fixed. We cannot find enough good words to express how pleased we are with the work preformed for us by the owner Ken and his employees. it's too often hard to find someone who can and will do a variety of jobs which often we are unable to do ourselves. No so with Local Happiness and what an appropriate name. Ken and his employees put in landscape edging, repaired and painted shed doors as well as access doors to our crawlspace, cemented, painted, hammered and hauled - whatever was needed.
