I have called multiple times, and on phone over few hrs suppose have had i.t call me back cause I cant mobile deposit check anymore and need make house payment, they keep adding stupid stuff every month on it, civic has by far been the worse and been nothing but a big hassle, lgfcu needs get rid civic 3rd party
I have applied numerous times for an auto loan with my bank and continuously get denied without a firm explanation. I have great income, my DTI is low and definitely can pay a car note. I encountered some credit issues due to the Hurricane in my area but apparently this credit union does not understand that. I have been with this bank for over 7 years and do not have compassion for circumstantial occurrences
