UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!! After I posted this review, Brad from the company immediately emailed me to apologize. He assured me this was not normal customer service and asked me to remove my review. He stated he would reimburse me immediately by sending a check that day. Almost a month has lapsed and I have not received a check. I emailed Brad back twice and the emails to him are now undeliverable as well. I am contacting the BBB. This is THE WORST company to do business with. I did one job posting several months ago. They started auto billing me incorrectly and I cannot contact them so they will stop. I have emailed them from the email on the invoice(which isn't a working email), I have emailed the email listed on the website and no one returns my email, I have called and left more than 10 messages and no one returns my call. Very poor customer service - Help desk link does not work. No response to emails. I was trying to figure out why there has been no response at all to the last two jobs I posted. Perhaps it's the economy but I guess I will never know whether it is that, or a poorly functioning site?

Helpful with getting our employment opportunity up and visible and we were able to attract qualified applicants after trying other sites for several months.
