They finally came back a year later and said that they only had to replace the panels and fix the damper. They never waited to see if the fireplace worked at the original visit which btw was over a year. They never inspected the interior of the fireplace which was rotted. I had three other companies come and each one immediately checked the interior of the fireplace lining to see that it was rotted. We paid $1400 for new panels and 875 for a damper. As new homeowners, we wanted to have our chimney/propane fireplaces inspected and cleaned for safety before turning on our fireplaces for the season. Katherine and Carlos came on time to our appointment. However, the inspection was a visual inspection from the ground. Nobody got on top of the roof to inspect the chimney or look inside the chimney. Wonderfully service, quick.. affordable and reliable. I had several quotes, theirs were by far the most competitive and cheapest. Would definitely recommend them as well as re- use their company again.
