Love the staff, it's like going to a friend's house. Updated SORRY I WAS WRONG, they don't respond to calls from patients or other drs,pharmacy. It's not entirely Mike Holmes fault,mostly the nurses,it hs gotten to where I HATE going there,cause the nurses.
Dr Holmes has been my Primary Care physician since, I moved back to East Tennessee. Dr Holmes spends time with me and resolves every issue that arises. Marley, is an amazingly exceptional medical assistant. Marley rectifies any issue I have with my medical needs. The staff is truly amazing and I appreciate y’all tremendously.
These guys are far from annoying. My husband was there 30 days ago for his appointment they still haven't called in refills. They lied said they were going to but never do. They could care less about their patients. They even blamed the staff for being on vacation 🙄 Hey I got a great idea do your job!!! And they shut down office at like 3 when it clearly says they dont close till 5 and refusing to answer their phone calls!
Have a pt that attends this practice and as a nurse I’m not impressed at all. You can never get through to a medical assistant or nurse. I’ve had to physically show up in person to get a refill for medications.
