Have a pt that attends this practice and as a nurse I’m not impressed at all. You can never get through to a medical assistant or nurse. I’ve had to physically show up in person to get a refill for medications.
I still love this place, but I am finding it annoying that I can't call to setup my appointment anymore. because I need things called in and because I don't have a functioning car it's annoying to have to try to find a way physically to come.
