Sat at the bar. Bartenders were not observant to the needs of the customer. Sat with a empty drink for a long time. I'm a regular to this location because it is around the corner from my home. The new faces that are behind the bar are not meeting the same expectations. I should not have to ask for another drink I should be asked of I want another drink. I ordered chips and guacamole and a steak quesadilla. I received no chips, the steak was full of fat and the guacamole was the worst i have ever tasted! Never again

For as slow as they were with as many servers as they had, there was no excuse for the service being as slow as it was. Took forever to get drinks - had to finally ask manager to get them off the bar. Server would disappear for long periods … only stopped by the table a couple times. Manager was very friendly but also seemed overwhelmed … trying to help where she could but not really doing much to get the servers focused on service … table next to us also waited unacceptably long periods for service and had to wave people do... read more
