Cesar showed us an apartment. He was awesome, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the questions. Local by Laramar is also great at responding to any maintenance calls.
I’ve had a great experience with Local By Lamar Chicago living at Carriage House Lofts! The property management team is absolutely wonderful! UPDATE 2: Updating my rating to 4 stars all because of Joao in the renewal department. After hearing about my fiasco, he reached out and immediately offered a solution. This is what they said: "Not sure what we have done beside be accommodating you to request to extend, which we said was possible with an additional fee that we charge everyone that extends. Sorry you feel this way about the company; the additional fee will remain as it is a matter of Fair Housing Law."
