They take good care of us keeping our apartment in good working order and it has been six years. Francisco is our dependable and nice fix-it man.
This review is specifically for the maintenance department. Ashley (maintenance manager), as well as Francisco (onsite tech), have always been very professional, friendly, communicative, helpful and efficient. My service requests are always completed in a timely manner.
Moved in 2018 and I love living here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance comes the same day I ask for assistance. I'm physically disabled and 72 years old and I have always been able to know that these people have my back! On 12/14/24, I got very dizzy and fell breaking both of my ankles. The staff kept an eye on my apartment as I recovered in a Rehabilitation facility in Evanston. They are awesome 👍🌺😎🏳️🌈🕊️💖😸🦜🌹🦘🌈🆒✌️
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are trying to charge me extra money without explanation post move-out.They told me to "Check with conservice" their vendor for handling utilities. I have a total from conservice that is half of what they're asking for as my final move out bill. They have no explanation other than a series of mismatched credits and charges (for a security deposit that was never requested BY them).
