Definitely recommend! All the instructors are amazing and I always enjoy the workouts! Very positive environment
Attended a bring your own squad class with my soccer team and we had so much fun!! Thanks so much to the ladies at Barre for having us and running our class! I would definitely go again. The class included low impact (use of bands, small weights, and a ball) exercises in repetitions matching the beat of music playing through the room. High reps meant a slow muscle burn, it was a great workout!
