DID NOT SHOW UP I received booking confirmation email and paid my deposit, but nobody turned up on the day. Spoke to Nora at the office who told me that whoever had taken my booking must have forgotten to enter it into their calendar! I am grateful to Nora for arranging a team for later that day, but they had a smaller truck than I’d booked so needed 2 trips (which cost more as charged by the hour).
