A well thought through menu, wrapped in consistently great food at a reasonable price makes for a gem of a S Boston spot.
Delicious food, excellent service, and a memorable family gathering. Every dish was flavorful and enjoyable—we loved every moment!
The food was beyond phenomenal. The smash burger was 10/10, goat cheese bites even better, and I could rant about the hot honey flatbread for days. HOWEVER, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. We had a waiter by the name of Steven (or Stephan). Our waiter was disrespectful, rude, and completely obnoxious. The local 149 is our local spot and we go at least once a week. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. All their sandwiches are amazing. I think they have some of the best boneless buffalo tenders around also.
