I went to the shop since it said it was opened and they were closed. I walked in to get a quote since the kind of locs my son wanted wasn't listed on their site. I called many times and left a message, no response. I do believe in customer service, at the least respond back. We would've been a return customer. Maybe someone will have luck here.
I went in for a quick consultation, and Aereal was so pleasant and professional, and gave me sound advice about the treatment of my Locs. Will be making my appointment with her.

Won’t give it one star because the shop was clean and the vibes were good until….. I paid my deposit and was supposed to come with $115 more which is what I came with. I get into the shop and Lisa looks at my hair and says “wow you got a lot of hair”. Instantly when she said that I knew she was tryna upcharge me. I sit in the chair. She gets halfway done with my hair and says “what’s your budget”. What’s my budget? The price I was supposed to pay on the website before I came in.
