I’ve been wearing locs for about 4 years. Many claim to be experts, but they don’t deliver. I had the pleasure of getting serviced at the Fontana location by the amazing owner Ms. Jazmin. Her spirit of appreciation is unmatched! The salon is very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. EDITED: THEY RESOLVED THIS ISSUE THANK YOU!! The Loctician’s did a great job on my retwist but the service was not good at all. First and foremost, they pushed back my appointment time by 30 minutes bc another client came in late then tried to push it back another hour. I said no and came to the appointment. The first loctician that did my hair told me the end price was gonna be $115 which I already knew because I stopped in a week in advance to get a price quote. They’re very professional, gentle, and truly gifted. My locs have never looked or felt better. Clean space, good vibes, and flawless results every time. Been going here for years. Highly recommend!
