Poor customer service from the hostess – We ate at Loca Luna on Saturday night and were disappointed in our experience. The hostess was rude and short in her treatment of us. We did not have silverware or napkins until middle of our appetizers, although the hostess walked over to our table with some in her hand and turned around and walked off. Our waiter had to bring silverware and napkins to us, unrolled, which made him accidentallly drop the napkins in our food. Other than these things, the food was above average and the ... read more
Great customer service, Poor parking, Noisy, Not the best pizza I've ever had. – I came with a group of eight people from work. It was so noisy you could barely hear what anyone was saying unless you were sitting next to them. We liked our waitress and the service was excellent. None of us had eaten there before, so we couldn't recommend anything to each other. I had "Fried Pepperoni" pizza, a house salad and ice tea. I wish I had chosen something else. If I go again, I'll get the grilled salmon.
Nice atmosphere, good food. – Waiter was stuck up and unfriendly. But all else was terrific, good food, and yes the cheese dip was good. Bartender served tasty martinis. Our group had a good time.
Over-rated, Over-priced, and Over-hyped – This pretentious, over-priced and over-hyped restaurant gets my award for the biggest sell-job in Little Rock. Their eclectic menu looks and sounds wonderful, but they salt everything to death and the service is dreadful. This place is a dive! – What a horrible thing; to write a review on your own restaurant. shame on you, but since i have your attention, I stepped into your place and thought that the food was very lacking and has nothing to offer the good people of little rock. The cheese dip is good but everything else is horrible. Push the cheese dip and drop some of the soups.
ha ha ha ha ha – The reviewer "markaber" below would be Mark Abernathy, the owner. "Brett Basset" is also his step son. Do what you want with that but the other reviews are probably more accurate.
cafeteria with waiters and dim lights – Tries too hard to be something it isn't. The prices wouldn't be so bad if the food was prepared properly.
Alright, didn't live up to all I had heard – After seeing this on Rachael Ray and hearing so much about how awesome it is. Me and my wife decided to give it a try. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was an absolutely horrible parking arrangement but we could live with that. Upon entrance we waited for a good 30-40 minutes to be seated which is normal for restaraunts in the area. We got seated to eat and the first thing I noticed was the tremendous amount of noise.
