A little disappointing – With all of the "Hoopla" involved with the name of this restaurant I always expected more than is delivered-there are better places to eat. In numerous trips there with co-workers and family, i have never left with a particularly "special" experience. Some of the food is exceptionally good, but it's a shot in the dark as to what u will get on any given evening/day. Stay away from their Chicken Salads-3 salads over 3 years = 3 chicken bones.........
Great Fish – The Bass was tender, and the white wine reduction and caper sauce surprisingly delicately flavored. The sides also served on the same plate were a very different story. Soggy, over cooked, powerful and unpleasant flavors you only get after too many hours at too high a heat. All in all and a completely incongruent accompaniment to such a surprisingly well constructed fish and sauce. lackluster – I don't usually write these things but something just has to be said about this. I was dragged out here by friends again this weekend and still don't understand why Little Rock can't just let this place die. Sure, maybe it used to be good but I've not had anything above average there in the past three years or so. Good food but not worth a long wait The food here is good - the wait is not. We've gone at 6pm and been told the wait for a 2-top was 45 mins....for that kind of wait, I'll go to a fine dining establishment instead. If you don't mind waiting though, the cheese dip is fabulous!
Poor customer service from the hostess – We ate at Loca Luna on Saturday night and were disappointed in our experience. The hostess was rude and short in her treatment of us. We did not have silverware or napkins until middle of our appetizers, although the hostess walked over to our table with some in her hand and turned around and walked off. Our waiter had to bring silverware and napkins to us, unrolled, which made him accidentallly drop the napkins in our food. Other than these things, the food was above average and the ... read more
Great customer service, Poor parking, Noisy, Not the best pizza I've ever had. – I came with a group of eight people from work. It was so noisy you could barely hear what anyone was saying unless you were sitting next to them. We liked our waitress and the service was excellent. None of us had eaten there before, so we couldn't recommend anything to each other. I had "Fried Pepperoni" pizza, a house salad and ice tea. I wish I had chosen something else. If I go again, I'll get the grilled salmon.
Nice atmosphere, good food. – Waiter was stuck up and unfriendly. But all else was terrific, good food, and yes the cheese dip was good. Bartender served tasty martinis. Our group had a good time.
Over-rated, Over-priced, and Over-hyped – This pretentious, over-priced and over-hyped restaurant gets my award for the biggest sell-job in Little Rock. Their eclectic menu looks and sounds wonderful, but they salt everything to death and the service is dreadful. This place is a dive! – What a horrible thing; to write a review on your own restaurant. shame on you, but since i have your attention, I stepped into your place and thought that the food was very lacking and has nothing to offer the good people of little rock. The cheese dip is good but everything else is horrible. Push the cheese dip and drop some of the soups.
