I was disappointed that I didn't get the hairdo that I wanted. HOWEVER, I am so utterly grateful for the stylist/owner's honesty about the condition of my hair. She said she was not interested in instant gratification but rather the health and longevity of my hair which focuses on preventing any further damage to my hair and supporting the natural growth cycle of my hair as I continue to age.
