Extremely disappointed with my experience. The retwist was well done, but the experience was unprofessional in more ways than one. First of all, the shop smells of mildew. Next, you have to deal with an arm in your face the entire time your hair is being washed. In the middle of my retwist, she began washing someone else’s hair. Before this, she used clippers to separate my locs instead of gently pulling them apart.
