As you may know, access to healthcare is quite difficult in Albuquerque. I was in desperate need for a PCP and everyone I called was booked out anywhere from several months to 2 years, or I could drive an hour to the East Mountains and be seen in two weeks. I was told to check out UNM LoboCare as an employee for an acute care visit, and I was stunned. Lucky to have this place as an UNM employee!
-Dr. Martinez violated me during an exam, yelled at me when I was fully sobbing and complaining that she was hurting me, and was extremely rude when I had explained my concerns initially. She accused me of lying about my medical history (which was all on the online chart if she bothered to look) and refused to explain her treatment plan. She gave me 6 antibiotics and no diagnosis for my symptoms. I think WebMD has more valid medical knowledge than she does.
