Dr. Lobna Elhassan- Fakih is a very professional doctor, I have been with her since 2006 she treats your kids as her own. Office staff are very friendly, welcoming and extremely organized.
Asked for a simple prescription re-fill and they were adamant I had to schedule a visit, even if my daughter wasn’t present. It was emphasized that I had to pay the copay first. I asked to speak with Dr. Fakhi and she was incredibly rude. I later saw many reviews indicating similar experiences and concerns. Wish I would read before selecting this practice.
My children has been patients of Dr. Fakih since September of 2019 and she is amazing. She knows her work and is very patient with her patients. She provides excellent care and treatment and there is no issues with scheduling an appointment. Also, there are no long wait times.
Great experience. Staff was polite. Clean office. The doctor took care of my concerns.

I genuinely do not get the sense that she cares about anything but money. Shows no empathy whatsoever, I don't recommend taking your children here.
Dr Lobna Fakih , office environment is very bad and stuff very bad customer service, I never met people like them very rude, she cares about collecting money only, you need to pay money in front to see the her.... sooo bad
Lobna fakih and her staff worse customer service. Mary you are 100% right. I will never take my kids there ever. SHame on all of you Ms lobna and her unprofessional staff. Highly recommend to stay away.

She only cares about money not our kids wellbeing after 15 years she lost all my visits for my kids & every person I know. # shame on you
