I had such a great experience with the team at Loblaws Pharmacy. I mixed up their hours and arrived right at 8:00, just as they were closing. Instead of turning me away, the team was incredibly kind and opened back up for me so I could get my medication. That small act of kindness genuinely saved my night and made such a difference to my well-being. This place is absurd and it's all down to one particular pharmacist Judy Truong whom I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists for breach of privacy. My aging grandmother went in for her medication, Judy was impatient and impolite with her, then as we were leaving, I specifically overheard her talking with a co-worker about my grandmother's illness in explicit detail and making fun of her behind her back. I had such a wonderful experience with sael, the student who helped me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel rushed. Made me feel like she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I've been to other places where it felt like staff were just trying to get through my questions as quickly as possible because they were busy, but this experience was completely different.
