I had such a wonderful experience with sael, the student who helped me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel rushed. Made me feel like she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. Pharmacy states that it opens at 9AM. At 9:10AM it was still locked up with no staff in sight.
Staff who picked up the phone is extremely rude and impolite. Such a bad attitude, extra training must be provided. The staff at Loblaw pharmacy at Empress Walk (unfortunately is closed) was so much better.
They go above and beyond to ensure they provide the best health care service in Toronto. They honestly care a ton.
