Pharmacy states that it opens at 9AM. At 9:10AM it was still locked up with no staff in sight.
Staff who picked up the phone is extremely rude and impolite. Such a bad attitude, extra training must be provided. The staff at Loblaw pharmacy at Empress Walk (unfortunately is closed) was so much better.
They go above and beyond to ensure they provide the best health care service in Toronto. They honestly care a ton.
The pharmacy frequently doesn’t answer the phone. It’s very disappointing.
Hi Monica Kwok, I am writing to you to express my profound disappointment in your pharmacy and staff. My partner and I had flu shots and covid vaccines booked for 12:30 PM.
