I gave it a 1 star for a good reason: I had a major mouth surgery (not a simple wisdom removal), the dentist sent a prescription before surgery, and told me to get my prescription right away as the numbing would fade and pain would be high. I followed the instructions, arrived in the pharmacy with blood inside the mouth, which I was swallowing. I said I was there to pick up my meds for the prescription sent 2 hours prior. Pharmacist and Staff were very friendly and were very helpful in answering my questions regarding a medication
I had a disappointing experience with the pharmacy manager during my recent visit. Her tone was dismissive and came across as rude, both toward me and the staff working with her. During my interaction, I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner when asking simple questions about my prescription. I also noticed she was short and disrespectful with her team, which made the environment uncomfortable. As a longtime customer and senior I appreciate the professional and kind personal help the staff give even with their limited working space and large number of customers.
Called, I requested for a new prescription, Was told by the pharmacists on shift to come in person and bring the RX. I arrive within 15min, i am then told that they will close in 1 HOUR and are unable to take my order that prevent heart attacks…..i mentioned it was an urgent matter but they said they were busy and that they were closing in 1 HOUR…
