I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy at Superstore. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not communicate professionally or respectfully. When I went to refill my medication, they were unhelpful and did not know how to speak to customers in a courteous manner. I hope the pharmacy provides better customer service training so future customers have a more positive experience.
I had a great experience at Superstore Pharmacy this Saturday. My daughter woke up with a severe fever, nausea, and cough, and since it was the weekend, our family doctor and clinics were closed. It was a very stressful situation for us. Even though the pharmacy was busy, the pharmacist took the time to carefully assess her condition and provide a thorough consultation. They were knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The advised medication was very effective. We’re truly grateful for the excellent care and support.
