Terrible customer service! Always waiting in line for at least 15 minutes or more just to pick up my prescription, even when there isn’t anyone else waiting. When prescriptions are suppose to be ready, I often go to pick them up and they are on back order or not filled. I will no longer be coming back.
The customer service is brutal here. I have to wait weeks to get my meds! The one pharmacist is just nasty every time I go in not only to customers but her own team. I go in yesterday to pick up the meds I had been waiting a week for (I had to call to see after a week if they were in). Brutal! No text, no e-mail to let me know they were in. I get a new script filled (bad idea) and know darn well it will be forever to get it, even though I am told it will just be about 10 mins until she asks the nasty pharmacist and she says ... read more
Extremely poor customer service.
If zero stars was an option I would give zero. After placing a very expensive order and getting home with it - the store gave us part of our order and part of someone else’s. They also charged us for products we didnt order and they didn’t give them to us. Then, they told me to go on the app to request a refund for items that they charged me for but I didn’t order and don’t have. Rude staff ask them about the machine to check the blood pressure, didn't respond well and just ignore and told that they are closing.
