If zero stars was an option I would give zero. After placing a very expensive order and getting home with it - the store gave us part of our order and part of someone else’s. They also charged us for products we didnt order and they didn’t give them to us. Then, they told me to go on the app to request a refund for items that they charged me for but I didn’t order and don’t have. Rude staff ask them about the machine to check the blood pressure, didn't respond well and just ignore and told that they are closing.
Would give it no stars if I could. Unprofessional, often not opening at opening hours. Called at 9 am and was told "pharmacy is open but nobody is there, try back in a half hour" uhhh how are you open with no staff. Went to drive thru because I had 2 toddlers in the car, had to go in because they put a sign up to close the drive thru (which is the whole reason I chose this pharmacy to begin with). If I could give no stars I would . Worst pharmacy I have ever been to ,The pharmacist I have had repeated issues with ,name is I believe Monisha, she has no customer service skills and is very rude. I will do everything to never return to this pharmacy. They often dont have common prescriptions in stock dispensing 1-2 pills and I have to come back 2-3 days later , this has happened many times. They never have it ready, I switched my pharmacy to shoppers on Pelham Rd and what a joy it is to go there. They go above and beyond.... read more
This pharmacy has become pathetic. When Monisha is there, service is good. When she’s not, the staff ignore customers for as long as possible, going to great lengths to fiddle w paper and stock, but not actually doing anything. They must be having trouble getting and keeping good staff. Avoid this pharma. The Zehrs pharma in the Fairview Mall is much better.
