Very rude and unhelpful. Hard to get through on the phone.
Normal loblaws like all other stores in its set up but the management at the particular location is the issue. Used click and collect a few times and the actual choices vs order were really off or rotten/expiring. Groceries were just dumped in our truck in a mess. It's not the first time we've had issues so we spoke to manager on the phone and he was just annoyed that we'd asked to speak with him, dismissed us, interuppted and basically told us to get bent. Always get very good service
My mother in law (who is immunocompromised) was here this afternoon and a man was shopping without a mask on so she informed the cashier. The cashier actually told her that it was okay for the guy to be shopping without a mask and even said that it was his right to not wear a mask!! So apparently this store isn’t enforcing the mandatory face covering policy.
