Disorganized, frequently do not have medications on time, or say if they don’t have the prescription when they simply have lost track of it. Staff often not good at talking more slowly or clearly to help people with hearing difficulty. Pharmacist said something very rude — judgemental and unprofessional — to a friend in response to her upset the pharmacy didn’t have prescriptions ready in time, after she ordered them in advance for a long-term trip. Recommended going elsewhere
I’m not sure whether the pharmacist I spoke to tonight at Loblaws Pharmacy on Paisley Road knew that the reason I was there at 8 pm (closing time) was because I’d waited more than 25 minutes to talk to her, but she was very irritated. Her comments to me were not only hostile but actually hurtful. The hour (being closing time) was for sure a factor, but so was her assumption that I was seeking a quick turn around time (I wasn’t) and also her assertion that the person for whom I was arranging the prescriptions didn’t actually ... read more
This experience was terrible, we made an appointment to get vaccine as we have a very anxious child. Made wait 35 mins, no point in making appointments as they aren’t ready for you and make you wait. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
