I was sent to the pharmacy after visiting the walk-in clinic for bandages and wraps for my small wound. I asked the pharmacist for her help and she immediately started to yell at me. She told me to go back to the clinic because she “couldn’t” help me.

The team in the Pharmacy (original and new Team members) are amazing! They remember me when I arrive, they take the utmost of care in preparing prescriptions and explaining usage, side-effects etc.

Well, after the pharmacy screwed up yesterday on not having a promised renewal ready for pickup, when my online account said it was, and putting the blame on the computer, and then promising delivery today as it was not in stock, I received an email today saying it was ready for pickup. I called to find out why it was ready for pickup and told by a rude Mohammad that it was being delivered. I sought explanation for the email and was not given a satisfactory answer.
