The pharmacy here is good. Staff is always helpful when I have questions. They do take a long time to fill the prescriptions though. I often drop it off and come back another time for pick up.
Great shopping experience
Terrible customer service. My family and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for several years. Yesterday I visited the pharmacy to get a shingles vaccine. My prescription was in their fridge. When I asked to have the vaccine administered, both the assistant and the pharmacist said I have to schedule an appointment online through pchealth . I have been going to the superstore pharmacy since I moved to the area 4 years ago. Over the past year and half their quality of service has dropped. I would put in an order to fill my prescriptions a week ahead then when I would arrive to pick them up they either had no order or they were not ready. I would ask why they could not notify me with a phone call and I was told they didn't think it was an issue and they did not take my medications seriously.
