The pharmacy here is good. Staff is always helpful when I have questions. They do take a long time to fill the prescriptions though. I often drop it off and come back another time for pick up.
Great shopping experience
Terrible customer service. My family and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for several years. Yesterday I visited the pharmacy to get a shingles vaccine. My prescription was in their fridge. When I asked to have the vaccine administered, both the assistant and the pharmacist said I have to schedule an appointment online through pchealth . I have been going to the superstore pharmacy since I moved to the area 4 years ago. Over the past year and half their quality of service has dropped. I would put in an order to fill my prescriptions a week ahead then when I would arrive to pick them up they either had no order or they were not ready. I would ask why they could not notify me with a phone call and I was told they didn't think it was an issue and they did not take my medications seriously. Been going there for years and both Pharmacists are very helpful, knowledgable and kind. The pharmacy techs are really great, too!!
