Been sitting outside of the pharmacy waiting, they are supposed to open at 9, its 9:35. Still nobody here. Apparently this happens frequently the staff has said. Ridiculous.

Extremely disappointing and inefficient service. I came here around 6:30 PM last night to have two prescription creams/ointments filled — not pills or anything complicated. The employee told me that they were closing at 8:00 PM and that they most likely wouldn’t be able to get them ready before closing. I ended up going to the Walmart pharmacy across the street, and they had both prescriptions ready in about 5 minutes. The difference in efficiency was unbelievable. After 3 months of providing eye drops prescription and their confirmation it will be available one week ahead of my surgery, I was told it is not available and had to pay $64 for an eye drops that should be covered. Highly suggest to move to another responsible pharmacy!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The amounts of times they've displayed pure incompetence. Some of them are great. Some will ask you if you're sure about your birthday. Sometimes randomly 3 hours late and superstore has NO idea how to handle it. Complete joke
