Terrible service. I stand at the counter for 30 minutes and no one comes to talk to me. When they do, they are rude and say come back in an hour and then it's still not ready. This has happened several times. Today I decided to call first and there is no answer. Terrible. Rude. Inefficient and no concern for patrons.
Pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and rude. First time I went there a lady told me about a hour and when I went back 2 hours later, the male pharmacist said “oh the doctor didn’t write his name so go try shoppers”. The doctor’s name was right on the prescription note, and when I pointed out the doctor’s name, all he said was “oh, it will be another 1/2 hour.” Not even a sorry. Waste of time.
Worst pharmacy ever!!! Wish there were zero stars up in here - the level of unprofessional and unethical practice is unbelievable in this day and age. It’s unclear how they get away with this level of shoddy medical health services - never answer phone calls, make idle promises, never prepare prescriptions promptly like other pharmacies - sometimes it takes days!?!
