I should be giving zero stars for the customer experience I had with the pharmacist Samir. I had booked for a covid and flu shot online and have filled all the questions. Despite having all this he wanted to see my physical identification like passport. I told him I had the health card with me but he insisted to go back home and get physical ID card to show him.
