Great staff. The female blonde pharmacist (forgive me I don’t know her name) has advocated for me to get coverage on medications, she’s also helped me with recommending over the counter items when needed. All the staff is friendly and courteous.
Been to a lot of pharmacies in my day, and this is the only one where I’ve felt more like a person or patient rather than just a customer. Great customer service and health care providers. Made switching my prescriptions from out of province easy.
I had a prescription called in, which the pharmacy initially claimed they did not have. My doctor’s office then faxed it and provided me with a confirmation copy, yet the pharmacy still claimed it was not received. Attempts to contact them by phone were unsuccessful, as calls went unanswered. Due to these ongoing issues, I have since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
The team at this pharmacy is amazing! Always very quick to fill prescriptions and very friendly. Highly recommend!
