Love this place every time I get quality goods
This drugstore has absolutely no care for their patients. Always out of meds and when I ask why they say it’s my fault because I cancelled automated refills because it was wrong too. Even a complaint to head office didn’t help. Poor poor poor service they need to remember these meds for some people are life saving but definitely life altering when they aren’t available. I have cried many tears and I’m done I’m definitely leaving this pharmacy
I’ve used independent as my pharmacy since I was a child (22 years now) and up until recently I’ve had zero problems, but all of a sudden I’ve had issues with my meds being refilled constantly, I shouldn’t be going 1-2 weeks without my adhd meds, you need to listen to your customers when we explain a WEEK in advance that we need our refills done to have them ready and make sure it’s the FULL prescription!
I just used the self checkout. Brody assisted and I think he knows all the codes for non bar codes items. He is a terrific staff member!!
