Lady Told me in the phone it will ready in 15 minutes but after an hour my husband went there to pick up the meds still not ready. Need to wait 45 minutes.
Unclear policy information by various frontline staff. One refused to help me clear up my missing pc points issue. One refused to deliver a medication that i in person requested that it be transferred over from shoppers all information given at that time in person. Another kept asking for my credit card over the phone even tho i explained numerous times i dont pay that way. Frustrated customers.
