The worst pharmacy. They constantly lose prescriptions, forget make the insurance coverage. The employees are always in a bad mood. They try to hide their mistakes and blame the customer. They replace brand-name medications with generics, without warning, and then say, "We tried our best to get you cheaper," even though they even have a note not to replace with generic due to side effects.
The best staff! Always so helpful and kind. Would not go elsewhere
I have had a very stressful day trying to get answers about my prescription from the pharmacy today. Communication was awful and I was left feeling helpless. Not my first bad experience. Our family will not be back. I will make sure to let others know about my terrible experience too, in hopes they can avoid a similar horrible experience
