Went to PU my HBP was told 30 mins, I was there 9:15AM, 9:30am they at still closed. I was told pharmacist need to there FIRST before I can get my medication...closed and stocking shelves AT 10am...this was August 2025 it is not winter, I went home get ready for work went back , they are now open but my Meds not ready, keep in mind I told them to please have pharmacist know I have work and need it been WO it for 2 days.....So I had to wait, again another 20 minutes, I had to pay $35 to take Uber to work in Kitchener...their ... read more
Always fast and good service.
I've been a customer at this pharmacy since I was a child, and I’ve continued to use their services well into my thirties. Recently, I had to rely on them again, and unfortunately, I’ve been very disappointed with the level of service and communication. I had requested a refill, which clearly stated refills on the prescription bottle. Later, I confirmed with my doctor that no approval from the pharmacy was required for the refill. Opening late apparently is acceptable to this business. While customers wait with frozen groceries.
Booked an online appointment for flu and covid shot. Drove 25 minutes to get here on a busy Saturday morning, only to be told they don’t have any covid shots available. Apparently a shipment hadn’t come in. Of course their system had sent me multiple reminders and texts about my upcoming appointment - which turned out to be meaningless. What’s the point of online booking if they don’t update their system?
