Understaffed. Prescriptions not ready even when you get a text saying they are ready. I’ve been given medications with the wrong labels on the wrong meds. They are so negligent. I only use them because they are in the grocery store and it is meant to be convenient, but it isn’t. There are always long lines, they will literally ignore you for 15 mins while filling orders and then answer the phone before coming to the counter to talk to you. Overall, I'm satisfied and it's way better than the Shoppers nearby. They are friendly, polite, and I find that the text messaging system and online management works well. I have read some of the negative reviews. Yes, they tend to be short-staffed and there is sometimes a 5 minute wait, but still faster than Shoppers. Never had a problem with the wrong meds or label. Says it’s open….its not…shocking :)
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are truly the most horrendous pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They never have my medication when they state that they do, the number of pills is always wrong, and they lazy. If you could go to any other pharmacy DO IT save you self the trouble of ever dealing with them.
