We changed pharmacies over a year ago and could not be happier with the staff and pharmacists. They are all very kind and helpful. For example, one time I did not pack enough of a medication and they transferred a prescription out of province and even followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I received my medication. The phone is always answered promptly and the wait at the counter is either non-existent or short.

After 10 years I finally had to take my prescriptions elsewhere. Basic functions like ordering prescriptions and having them ready when you come to pick them up at a future date have become a constant hassle because they are so understaffed. I know they try, but as another reviewer said - it is never not a headache these days. There are other pharmacies in the neighborhood that want your business and have the capacity to provide good of customer service.

I have to say, after experiencing some really awful customer service at some other pharmacies, I really appreciate how amazing the customer service was here. Gloria does an amazing job here, and goes above and beyond. With my elderly parents getting their prescriptions here, they really take things seriously and it was very appreciated. It wasn't always this way, but nowadays they are really on top of things.

Every time my daughter needs a prescription refill it's a giant headache. They send the form to the wrong fax number every time, despite me giving them the correct number over and over and over. It's never not a headache. I'm changing pharmacies.
