I like the convenience of it being in the grocery store. Pharmacists have been good so far. Fast service.
I have been dealing with this place for 6 years. I have asthma so monthly visits or every three months. I thought since staffing changed in let's say the last 6 months I believe it was good. I would have left a 5 stair review before it would have been a 1. Then the last two weeks I ran into the old staff member that made it horrible for the last 6 years. Im unsure how they allow her to still work there! Enough is enough and I changed places after tonight !
This place is THE WORST place ever. They charge you $15 for an emergency refill which I've NEVER paid anywhere else.. and when I asked the woman on the phone if there's a way around it she LAUGHED AT ME. What kind of horrible person laughs at someone panicking trying to refill their prescription medication?????? Like is it funny that I ran out of my prescription medication that I need?? And otherwise, whenever I go in there they just sit and talk to one another or sit and talk on the phone and don't make eye contact with you... read more
