Treating the patient very rudely, he was about to hit me, got angry really fast and refused to refund the product i bought when he promised he would the day before. The manager of the pharmacy named Ahmad was horrible, it was a nightmare talking to him and I’m never going there again.

Worst pharmacy ever. I went there with my child’s prescription and was told to wait for a text message when it was ready for pickup. We had just come from the hospital, and my child was in a lot of pain. We waited in the parking lot for 2 hours but never received any message. When I went back to follow up, the medication still wasn’t ready, and I had to wait another 15 minutes. If I hadn’t followed up, they wouldn’t have processed! I hope it will never happen to them what they di to me and my child.

On two separate occasions. I've had my prescriptions faxed many times here, confirmed by my family doctor, and my insurance plan, and have been turned away stating they never received it. Don't bother going in for walk-in consultations for minor ailments, they won't even acknowledge you.

I had one of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had here. The management, especially Ahmad, is incredibly unprofessional and clearly does not care about patients or their health. Prescriptions are not handled properly, communication is terrible, and you’re treated like a problem instead of a customer who relies on medication. I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for a long time, but after my recent experience, I will never return. The wait time was unreasonable, and when I finally dealt with the pharmacist, Ahmad, his behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. After years of loyalty, this is not how customers should be treated. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere and would advise others to consider doing the same unless they enjoy long waits and poor service.
