I have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years and only because it is convenient. Customer service is non existent. More importantly, patient care means nothing to the Pharmacists who work here. I will provide an example. I have seen a lot of different faces at this pharmacy, but one Pharmacist has been there for the entire 3 years I have been a customer of your pharmacy. They are the worse!! Do not go to this pharmacy. After experiencing poor behaviour by their team, I recommend that Loblaws Pharmacy be taken over by Shoppers Pharmacy (I believe they’re part of the same group?) Meanwhile, I’ve moved over to Shoppers Drug at Como Lake Village and they are a very professional team. UPDATE ON THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER SEEN: They straight up lied to my mother that they didn’t receive the prescription. Then my mum called her doctor’s office where they assured her that they sent it A FULL DAY AGO. They go as far as to have my mum listen in on the other line as they called the pharmacy themselves. The pharmacy then confirmed, that they DID receive it, THE DAY BEFORE. Admittedly, I’ve had some issues with his pharmacy in the past, and when I first began filling my prescriptions here, I did not want to continue. However, I’ve now refilled many times and overall I do have to say that the service is good and the prescription comes when they say it will. There are some friendly people behind the counter and I appreciate the service & help. Thank you!
Horrible. If you have medication which your life depends on - refrain from this pharmacy!! The staff is horrible, the manager does not care despite all the negative reviews and complaints. They should have their license taken away god knows whats going on back there.
