My wife and I, as seniors, needed to update our flu vaccines towards the end of the flu season. This pharmacy not only had the vaccine in stock but were able to accommodate us as walk-ins. The pharmacist was excellent, very helpful on the phone and welcoming when we got there. And, the shots were deftly given/no pain. Nice manner.
For the vaccine service: they seem a bit disorganized. I made an appointment weeks ago, received a confirmation it was ready, then I arrive and they initially cannot find the appointment. Then they finally find it, and I find myself in a long line to get the actual injection. Why does this happen when we’ve followed all the processes/reserved online and received multiple confirmation via the pharmacy itself?
