My wife and I, as seniors, needed to update our flu vaccines towards the end of the flu season. This pharmacy not only had the vaccine in stock but were able to accommodate us as walk-ins. The pharmacist was excellent, very helpful on the phone and welcoming when we got there. And, the shots were deftly given/no pain. Nice manner.
For the vaccine service: they seem a bit disorganized. I made an appointment weeks ago, received a confirmation it was ready, then I arrive and they initially cannot find the appointment. Then they finally find it, and I find myself in a long line to get the actual injection. Why does this happen when we’ve followed all the processes/reserved online and received multiple confirmation via the pharmacy itself?
The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional, he talks over patients when they’re trying to explain a situation, he will also send prescriptions to other pharmacies without being asked. When asked if we could be contacted when a prescription is ready, we were told no and given zero reason as to why we could not be contacted. We had a prescription sent TWICE in one day, only for them to refuse to fill the prescription and send it to a different pharmacy across the city.
