If there was a lower rating ….. I would definitely use it! It is sad that since the staffing changes that have taken place here, the service is terrible! Staff is not knowledgeable at all. I would get a text from the pharmacy telling me my prescription was ready….. and when I get the the pharmacy…. There is no prescription. I’ve actually had the pharmacy tell me that I never picked up a prescription (which was a one time pill) that I did pick up. That went in for a few months. Booked my flu shot online and before I got to the counter the girl there rudely said not taking walk ins, no hi or anything, before I could even say I already booked online. Then after that we stood there for a while, nobody knew what they were doing. Talking back and forth and when they talked to me I had no clue what they were saying. the guy who we presumed was the pharmacist kept saying he couldn’t find needles to his co workers. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They are extremely efficient and competent. I have been going to them for many years now, and will continue to do so. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work.
