I’m a private chef who shops here for clients that have a house account. Yesterday I went into the shop and was charged $376 for 4 ~9oz filet mignon. I went home and weighed them to be sure, $160 a lb for prime filet? Idk if the butcher thought I was just some schmuck off the street because it was St Patricks day or what, but that was completely disrespectful. Amazing quiet place to get away from the crowds and enjoy a freshly done sandwich, at the best dinner style - or just the absolute perfect Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie with a nice cup of coffee! The staff was so kind and attentive that made me forgot it was 3PM in a busy Wednesday! This is the perfect stop for your visit to 5th avenue shops or to the Rockefeller rink - and they got even a kids Menu and plenty of space to big families as well!
