Where they break down whole animals in the window. Taught me how to dry-age steak at home. Makes killer merguez sausage on Thursdays - get there by 10am. Gives soup bones to dog owners and cooking tips to anyone who asks. 10/10 for quality meat and price!

Ordered steaks from them twice and both times the steaks arrived 3 days late !!!! Don't even order from them !!!!!!
Incredibly delicious. Look, I haven’t tried every steak in the city, but this is the best one I’ve ever had. Purchased a skirt steak twice and it was just so flavorful and tender. Highly recommend. Note it is expensive.
