Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes
