I’m going to start off by saying this. If you are trying to get a mortgage, and you find yourself filling out a LoanStream application, go ahead and stop while you’re ahead. These people are absolute scum. They offer bank statement loans with 10% down. Incredible, right? WRONG This is what they do. They prey on self employed people and people who can’t get financed for your typical home loan. Our original loan estimate had 10% down, ~4.25% interest rate, and closing costs were low.
