bait and switch on loan estimates. Not transparent in process. Won't cancel process and refund deposits

Steven Page was instrumental in getting the entire process completed! I really like ONE person as the contact and not being transferred to other individuals for each department, that’s impersonal and you are made to feel like another job to complete, that fact that Steve made himself available for the entire process made me feel that I mattered.
Loan Snap refinanced my loan in February 2019. They were fair with their treatment of my loan, and gave me everything they promised, and then some. They were always available to answer my questions. I would do business with them again.

I engaged with DLJ Financial in August 2017 after they responded to a submission made through Lending Tree. Brian ******** was my loan officer. I wanted to refinance my house in order to consolidate debt in several credit cards which I ran up while remodeling the house. I started with DLJ financial in April of 2016 after they contacted me after I responded on line that I was looking to refinance my home. They gave me an interest of 2.75%. I provided all the income documentation they needed. They requested the same information very month for 7 months still guaranteeing me 2.75%. I gave them everything they need within days of them asking. I signed the disclosures and then they ordered an appraisal at a cost of $450.
