Mom called to make an appointment to get toenails cut. Was told they don’t do that then hung up on her. I called back and same thing, was hung up on. Mom has been going here for many years to have this done. I will take her somewhere else now. Very rude!
We went there at 4:30. They were busy and said to come back at 6. The owner was very insistent that we show up at 6. We got there at 5:50. After waiting til 6:30 we were seated and they started working on my daughter's full set. She showed the lady the picture of black French tip with a gold stripe. I thought my daughter changed her mind when I saw the white French tip with gold stripe. I won’t be going back again they did a below average job and I get my nails done all the time and stopped here bc it was convenient. I’m a RN and my hands / nails appearance matters and when I asked if she could fix the issues I saw she didn’t do it she just pretended I didn’t ask and I had dark nail polish under my real nails that she got on and I asked nicely for her to clean it up and she said I can do it at home. Never going back to that place again and this is my first time ever writing a review on any nail place.
Just for fished getting my nails done here. They ripped me off on short gel almond nails. They charged me $70 when their sign clearer states a different price. This is my 2nd time here and never coming back. Please be sure to ask the price 1st or youll get ripped off.
Lady who did my nails did a terrible job. The nail polish chipped off the day after o I know she didn't add the gel evenly. Uneven job painting the nails. I immediately told her the nail polish looks nothing like the display and she told me it's supposed to look transparent. If I wanted transparent I would have asked for clear, not olive green.
