me and my mom got full sets my feet were ok they messed up my moms toes very bad, the lady’s were nice but their filing job is horrible i would give a zero star if i could, i have to hear my mom complain about wanting to cut off her nails and honestly i agree, the pain was almost unbearable idk why but she didn’t even do anything yet only the acrylic powder and the other stuff and i felt my nail and tell me why my nail is so hot i started tearing up. also very overpriced horrible job for 250$!!!
I've been going to Loann's since we moved to Oranecrest 8 years ago. I love this place so much! They always do such a good job. Be sure to make an appointment before you go
Mom called to make an appointment to get toenails cut. Was told they don’t do that then hung up on her. I called back and same thing, was hung up on. Mom has been going here for many years to have this done. I will take her somewhere else now. Very rude!
We went there at 4:30. They were busy and said to come back at 6. The owner was very insistent that we show up at 6. We got there at 5:50. After waiting til 6:30 we were seated and they started working on my daughter's full set. She showed the lady the picture of black French tip with a gold stripe. I thought my daughter changed her mind when I saw the white French tip with gold stripe.
