My family and I stay with her over 10 years. To our family, she's the best. She listens to her patients and explain everything clearly. Her office is clean. Her staffs are friendly. I feel like family there. Just love her and her work as well as her staffs.
It was a annual checkup. Dr Tran explained things well and mentioned this is what I need to do to improve my blood GPA annual blood test if you call it that. Great advice.
I have been with Dr. Tran many years. She is very professional and knowledgeable particularly in the area of Diabetes. I have never had any problems scheduling an appointment or waiting more than 15 minutes to see her. Love her office staff.
Dr. Tran has little concern for the overall health of women. She demands unnecessary tests that are not covered by health insurance then charges extra to give her female patients the results. She has no qualms about denying important and necessary treatment if a woman refuses her demands for hundreds of dollars in extra payments. Tran is all about greed and money.
Great experience! Dr Tran loves what she does. She is my family’s primary physician, and I can’t say anything bad about her or her staff. I could only imagine the amount of work that goes behind meeting all your patients expectations.
I've booked appointment twice for my check up, but it's never been scheduled as they promised. When I called to confirm my appointment, they told me my name is not on their list & I have to come late & I have to wait at least 2 hours.
During my visit to doctor Tran's office, I had a wonderful greeting with the staff. It was a short wait and I was seen relatively quickly. When I met doctor Tran, I was greeted and sat down. She asked some questions about my life to make me comfortable and then talked about my visit. She told me about solutions to my problems and was very open to helping me as a doctor should be. Dr. Tran is very thorough and caring. The office staff is efficient and the office is clean.
I love Dr. Tran and her staff. She is very thorough and involves me in my care. She discusses my health issues with me and tells me what I need to do.
