Don't use this company!! Tried to use their website for a 'free quote' and got spammed with texts and 6+ calls a day.
Do not trust them with your mortgage! This is by far the worst company ever, and I absolutely regret refinancing with them. They reel you in by saying they'll make the process easier, but once they get your money, everything turns into a nightmare. They made multiple mistakes at closing, which they promised would fix, and yet years later, I am still paying for their mistakes. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They have shady business practices of cashing your payments and not credited your account. Then they will access late fees and report you impacting your credit line. This has happened to me multiple times throughout the years of my mortgage, so it isn't a one time thing. I have had my bank on the line multiple times with no resolution. My next step is reporting their shady business practices. I would choose ANY other mortgage company over this one.
