After wasting four months of my time, Stephanie had to be threatened with my attorney in order to return my funds. I have no bills. I have plenty of assets. I had my time wasted with a bait and switch interest rate. Don't do it!

If there were minus stars I would do a minus star!!! Wes was fine as a loan officer, their could have been better communication between him and the Loan Processor. I was told this loan would take a month max! Got Kathy (the loan processor) everything she asked for within minutes to hour. Things were not submitted to underwriting right away. Kathy botched up our whole loan. My experience was terrible and I was a loan officer at one time. I know how the whole process works. Our loan never did close.
